We realize insurance plans can be very confusing and will do our best to help you understand your coverage. You still may be responsible for co-payments and deductibles depending on your exam. Certain plans provide coverage for exams only and would then be responsible for any materials such as contact lens and eyeglasses. These fees will be due at the time of your visit.

If we do not participate with your plan we will gladly file a claim for you to get reimbursed directly. Many plans have out of network coverage, which you may be eligible for.
